All of our apartments and townhouses are rented on a one-year lease, which includes a termination clause. If you’d like to understand what’s in a lease before you sign, our guide breaks it down for you.

Interior and exterior maintenance, garbage removal, snow removal, and water. Every unit has a range and a refrigerator, and many also have a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and a microwave.

All units will have a range and refrigerator. In many units there are dishwashers, garbage disposals and microwave ovens.

Every apartment and townhouse comes with easy, hassle-free parking, either a garage or a private driveway on the property.

Heat, hot water, electricity, gas, internet, and phone.

The units don’t come with them, but each apartment has a private utility room with water, electric, and gas hookups so you can use your own washer and dryer.

They’re carefully maintained and, in many cases, fully renovated between tenants. Safe, energy-efficient appliances and updated, comfortable living spaces matter to us.

We have a NO pet/animal policy across all properties.

To further ensure a clean, safe and allergy free environment, smoking of tobacco and or e-cigarettes is NOT permitted inside or outside all properties.
