I am very happy with our rental on 4th street. The building is well maintained. Everything is up to date inside, it's a comfortable space. I feel like whenever there is a problem with the unit it is resolved quickly. The grounds are taken care of on a regular basis and there is spacious parking. Management and staff members are helpful and gregarious. Just recently, they made a safety inspection to make sure smoke detectors, windows, and doors were in tip top shape. I think this is one of the most put together rentals I have had the pleasure of staying in.
